Job Description:
1. Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
2. Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
3. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
4. Control purchasing department budgets.
5. Interview and hire staff, and oversee staff training.
6. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
7. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
8. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
9. Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.

Position: Senior Project Engineer.

Position Summary:
The role will include 
1. Should ensure that the person can independently handle the project.
2. Should have a minimum experience of 10 years.

Engineering Role:
1.Should understand all technical details such as plans, section, elevations, reinforcement drawings etc.
2. Should provide all necessary technical details and information to the execution teams at site.
3. Must have sound knowledge of material calculation and management for various site activities concrete, block work, plastering in terms of cement, jelly, steel etc.
4. Allocate work to site teams as per schedule.

Project Management Role:
1. Make necessary daily, weekly, monthly schedules.
2. Discuss all technical details with Pmc/architects.
3. Coordinate all agencies at site and manage smooth flow of work.
4. Should maintain daily, weekly , monthly progress reports and submit to head office.
5. Maintain all attendance details of all workmen.
6. Should send all material indents, equipment requirement, labour requirement as per schedule to head office.
7. Should lead and direct safety teams in managing safety rules at site.
8. Ensure that all activities are delegated to juniors as per site hierarchy.

Education Qualification and Experience:
Graduate in bachelor of engineering/diploma. 
Min 10 years of work experience preferred; 

Key Skills:
Proficiency in MS office , autocadd and MS projects is preferable.
Excellent communication skills English and regional language
